Section 01

Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and jaiy9 (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), accessible at https://jaiy9.io. The Terms govern all use of the jaiy9 website, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slot machines, virtual games, promotional offers, and all associated account services.

By completing account registration, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or otherwise accessing any part of the jaiy9 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account by contacting support at jaiy9.io.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement by reference.

Section 02

Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on jaiy9, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of the platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing jaiy9 voluntarily, of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or using another person's financial instruments without their explicit and verifiable consent.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a jaiy9 employee, contractor, or affiliated company.
• You have not previously had a jaiy9 account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. jaiy9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — to verify the information provided before activating full account functionality.

Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In such cases, jaiy9 reserves the right to void all transactions, cancel all pending and settled bonuses, and close the account with immediate effect. Any funds determined to have been derived from such a breach may be withheld pending investigation.

Section 03

Account Management

One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jaiy9. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, jaiy9 reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts, void associated bonuses, and recover any advantage gained through multi-accounting.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. jaiy9 will treat any action performed using your account credentials as having been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified us in writing that your credentials have been compromised.

Account Currency. jaiy9 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bet stakes, winnings, and bonus values are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. jaiy9 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jaiy9 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts after notifying the account holder by email. Accounts with a zero balance inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be closed at jaiy9's discretion.

Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting support at jaiy9.io. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and all active bonuses will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately under our Responsible Gaming Policy and result in a full restriction of platform access for the requested period.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods. jaiy9 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time; refer to the cashier section of your account for the current list.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. jaiy9 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time and will endeavour to provide notice of material changes.

Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jaiy9 BDT balance within thirty seconds of the mobile wallet transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. jaiy9 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen minutes for mobile wallet destinations during standard operating hours. jaiy9 may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. The right to delay withdrawal processing pending KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is reserved by jaiy9.

Third-Party Payment Prohibition. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts that are registered in your own name. The use of payment methods registered to a third party, including family members, is strictly prohibited. Transactions from unverified third-party sources will be reversed and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

Section 05

Bonuses & Promotions

jaiy9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry dates. These Terms provide the general framework that applies to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds cannot be transferred to the withdrawable balance.

Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed, while table games, live dealer games, and certain specialty games may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Game contribution rates are listed on each promotion's terms page.

Maximum Bet with Active Bonus. While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sports event selection is ৳500 (or the equivalent in the applicable game currency), unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse. jaiy9 monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements, coordinated play between multiple accounts, exploitation of promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, and the use of technical tools to gain an unfair advantage. Where bonus abuse is identified, jaiy9 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus, void associated winnings, and restrict or close the account.

Bonus Expiry. All bonuses and associated free spins have an expiry period stated on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that have not been released to the withdrawable balance by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically without compensation.

Section 06

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on jaiy9 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, or sports markets — are governed by the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as well as these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game only.

Bet Acceptance. A bet is not accepted until you receive an explicit confirmation from the jaiy9 system. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, any bet for which no confirmation was generated will be treated as void. jaiy9 is not responsible for bets that were not placed due to connectivity issues on the user's end.

Sports Betting. All sports betting markets are governed by the rules published in the sports section of the platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport's rules as defined by jaiy9. Cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh international fixtures — are subject to cricket-specific settlement rules published separately.

Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, game malfunctions, software errors, or data feed failures — jaiy9 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This right applies even after a bet has been settled. jaiy9 will make reasonable efforts to identify and rectify manifest errors promptly.

Casino & Slot Games. All casino and slot games are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates on certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology with independently audited Return-to-Player (RTP) rates. The published RTP for each game represents the theoretical long-term average return and does not guarantee any specific outcome in individual sessions.

Section 07

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jaiy9. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances derived from the prohibited activity, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human oversight.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions, payment restrictions, or account access controls imposed by jaiy9.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any competitive game format in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unintended financial advantage, even if the error was made by jaiy9 or a third-party provider.
• Engaging in any fraudulent chargeback activity in relation to deposits made to jaiy9.
• Attempting to access or interfere with any backend system, database, or software component of the jaiy9 platform.
• Using offensive, harassing, or threatening language towards jaiy9 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Allowing a minor (person under 21 years of age) to access or use your jaiy9 account.

Section 08

Privacy & Data

jaiy9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy in full.

Personal data collected during registration and use of the platform — including name, date of birth, residential address, email address, payment method details, and transaction history — is used for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the fulfilment of legal and regulatory obligations.

jaiy9 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Intellectual Property

No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of jaiy9.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective suppliers and is made available to users strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment use through jaiy9's platform licence.

Your use of the jaiy9 platform does not grant you any ownership rights or intellectual property licences beyond the limited right to access and use the platform for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

jaiy9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaiy9 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

jaiy9 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages; (c) any loss arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform; or (d) any interruption, suspension, or termination of services, whether or not caused by jaiy9's actions or omissions.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are not fully enforceable, jaiy9's total liability to any user in any calendar month shall not exceed the greater of (i) the total amount deposited by that user in that calendar month, or (ii) ৳5,000.

Nothing in these Terms limits jaiy9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, to the extent such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

Section 12

Termination & Suspension

jaiy9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification or to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity in accordance with Section 03 of these Terms.
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Any other circumstance in which jaiy9 determines, at its sole discretion, that continued account access poses a risk to the platform, its users, or the integrity of its services.

Upon termination for cause, jaiy9 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where termination is determined to be without cause, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Section 13

Amendments to Terms

jaiy9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jaiy9 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account prior to the effective date.

The version number and effective date displayed in the header of this document indicate the current version in force. Previous versions of these Terms are available on request from support at jaiy9.io.

Section 14

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The platform operates in accordance with the principles of fair and transparent online gaming and is committed to resolving player disputes promptly and equitably.

Dispute Process. In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, game outcome, bonus settlement, or account action, you should first contact our support team at support at jaiy9.io with full details of the dispute. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and aim to provide a full resolution within five (5) business days.

Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution provided by the jaiy9 support team, you may request escalation to a senior member of our operations team. Escalated complaints will receive a final written response within ten (10) business days of the escalation request.

Nothing in this section limits your right to pursue any remedy available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
